Arequipa (2 days / 1 night)
Day 1: Arequipa – City
Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon city tour, passing by the Main Square and the Cathedral, the Church and Cloisters of the Compania de Jesus; Santa Catalina Monastery with its religious cloisters, built on the 16th century and after 400 years of monastic life was open to the public; San Francisco Church and Square and Yanahuara district, with its famous viewpoint, from where you can look at the city and its volcanoes. Overnight.

Day 2: Arequipa – Departure
At agreed time, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Museum of Andean Sanctuaries – Juanita Mummy (2 hrs)
Visit to the Museum of Andean Sanctuaries, where we can see the Ice Maiden of Lady of Ampato, known as Juanita. She was a young girl of 12 or 14 years who was offered in sacrifice by the Inca priests’ aprox 500 years ago. Her remains were well preserved by the ice on the Nevado Ampato (more than 6,100 masl / 20,013 ft)
Countryside (3 hrs)
In the morning, excursion to the beautiful countryside, visiting the district of Paucarpata with its Colonial temple and the Inca terraces, the restored Sabandia Mill (built in 1662), Fundador House and the town of Tingo, by an artificial lagoon.
