Paracas & Ballestas Islands

Day 1: Lima – Paracas

Transfer to the station, for the bus trip (regular service) to Paracas. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Paracas – Ballestas Islands

In the morning, transfer to the pier for the excursion to the Ballestas Islands, the most important wildlife sanctuary on the Peruvian coast. There we will watch sea lions, pelicans, penguins, and other sea birds. On the way back, we can see the ‘Candelabro’ (Chandelier), a giant figure drawn on the side of the hill with the same style of the Nasca Lines. In the afternoon, transfer to the station for your bus trip (regular service) to Lima. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.

Flight over Nasca Lines from Pisco (1:30 hr aprox)
Transfer to Pisco airport, from where we will fly over the mysterious Nasca Lines, enormous linear drawings of animals, birds and geometric pictures, drawn on the desert and can only be seen from the sky.
